To ensure everyone arrives smoothly and on time, complimentary shuttle transportation will be provided to and from The Venue at Springfield Estates. Please plan to be outside and ready a few minutes before the departure times listed below. The George Hotel Departure Times: 4:30 PM Location: Please meet the shuttle at the side entrance of the hotel (the vehicle will pull in to the side for guest loading). Winyah Bay Club Departure Time: 4:35 PM Location: Directly out front (114 Church St). Hampton Inn Georgetown-Marina Departure Time: 4:45 PM Location: Directly out front of the main entrance (420 Marina Dr). End-of-Evening Return Shuttles Departure Time: 11:00 PM sharp Location: Outside the main reception area / venue parking lot. Shuttles will return guests directly to their respective pick-up locations (The George Hotel, Hampton Inn, Winyah Bay Club, and 126 Cleland St). Early Departures: If you would like to head back before the final 11:00 PM departure, please locate a member of the planning team! Early shuttles can depart periodically throughout the evening to take guests back as needed.
